Questions we get a lot
- Do I own my website?
- Yes. The domain is registered in your name at a registrar we do not control, and the site is yours. If you leave, you take it with you and we help you move it.
- What if I want to change something myself?
- You can. We set you up so the things that change often — hours, prices, photos, staff — are yours to edit without calling us.
- What happens if I stop the care plan?
- Nothing dramatic. You keep the site and the domain. We hand over hosting and stop billing. Thirty days notice, no exit fee.
