What is deliberately not included
Every one of these is something other studios bundle in. We keep them out on purpose.
- SEO and rankings. Nobody can promise them, and bundling them turns a maintenance plan into a monthly argument about Google.
- Unlimited changes. Thirty minutes is real and we honour it. Unlimited is how a plan quietly becomes a redesign every month.
- Google Business Profile and review management. Worth doing, but it is marketing and it belongs in its own conversation.
- Emergency same-day response. If your site is down we move fast, but we will not sell an SLA we cannot staff at this price.
The honest version
A care plan is not insurance and it is not a support contract. It is someone checking the boring things on a schedule so they never become the expensive thing. If your site never changes and you are comfortable renewing your own domain, you may genuinely not need one — and we would rather say that than bill you for it.

- Can I cancel?
- Any time, with thirty days notice. You keep the site and the domain, and we help you move the hosting.
- Do you look after sites you did not build?
- Yes, after an assessment. We will not take on a site we have not read — that is how you inherit somebody else's emergency.
- Does the price go up?
- Your price is guaranteed for twelve months from the day you sign. After that we give sixty days notice of any change, and you will have twelve months of records showing exactly what you got.
- What happens to my thirty minutes if I do not use them?
- They do not roll over. That is what keeps the price at $129 rather than $199.
