- An honest verdict, including “rebuild it” or “leave it alone”, if that is the answer
- Who owns your domain and hosting today, which is not always who you think
Why we will not quote without it
A fixed price on code nobody has read is a bet. Either you pay for risk that never appeared, or we absorb risk we did not price — and one of those ends badly enough to poison the relationship. The assessment turns the guess into a number.
If the assessment says your site is fine, that is what it will say. We would rather charge you $500 and send you away than take $3,000 for work you did not need.
What happens after
- Stabilise — a capped fix for a small number of understood problems
- Rebuild — a new site at $3,000, with the assessment fee credited
- Nothing — you take the findings and act on them yourself, or leave it alone
Common questions
- Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
- No. The assessment is a complete thing on its own and the findings are yours. Roughly speaking, if we thought that was a bad deal for you we would not sell it.
- What if you cannot get access?
- Then we cannot assess it, and we will tell you before taking payment. Finding out who controls your domain is sometimes the first piece of work.
- Is this the same as an SEO audit?
- No. An SEO audit tells you how to rank. This tells you whether the thing you own is sound, which is a different and usually more urgent question.
- My site was built with AI and it is a mess.
- That is increasingly common and it is ordinary work. The assessment is the same, and so is the price.
