Money
- What does a website cost?
- Websites generally begin at $3,000, fixed price, quoted before anything starts. The optional care plan afterwards is $129 a month.
- Why not cheaper?
- Because below about $2,500 the only way to make the numbers work is to spend less time on it, and you would feel that. If your budget is genuinely under that, Squarespace is a good product and we will say so rather than sell you a worse version of what we do.
- Do you do payment plans?
- Half up front and half at launch is standard. Larger work is phased so you are never paying for something you have not seen.
Ownership
- Who owns the website?
- You do. The domain is registered in your name at a registrar we do not control, and the site is yours.
- What if I want to leave?
- Thirty days notice on the care plan. You keep the site and domain, and we help you move the hosting. No exit fee and no hostage-taking.
- Where do my contact form messages go?
- To your own inbox, from day one. Never only to ours — if you leave, your enquiries go with you.
The work
- How long does it take?
- About three weeks for a five-page site. Most of that is content and revisions rather than building.
- Do I have to write the words?
- No. We record a thirty-minute conversation with your permission and write from that. Nobody sends you a blank document.
- Can I edit it afterwards?
- The things that change — hours, prices, photos, staff — yes, and we show you how. Structural changes come to us.
- Can't I just build it myself with AI or Squarespace?
- For a simple site, often yes, and we will tell you so. Squarespace and the AI builders are good at getting a few pages online. Where they need a person is when your site starts storing things: contact-form leads, bookings, customer logins. If an AI builder sets up a database for you, its tables can be readable by anyone unless a setting called row-level security, which decides who can see each table, is switched on and set up correctly. If your site keeps customer data, we set that part up and check it.Source: Supabase documentation, “Row Level Security”, read October 2026 · how table access works without row-level security
Other
- Do you build mobile apps?
- No. That is CAM Software, our mobile studio — same owner, different discipline.
- Do you do SEO?
- We build sites that are technically sound and set up your Google Business Profile properly. We do not sell ongoing SEO, and we will not promise a ranking.
- Do you work outside Northwest Arkansas?
- Yes, but we prioritise local. Being able to turn up matters.
