All items are made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. Production typically takes 2-3 business days before shipping.

During peak periods, delivery may take slightly longer. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging if possible
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the defect. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or provide a full refund if you prefer.
